My anxiety has become worse these last few days and I don’t know why I feel like on the brink of a panic attack. Haven’t had this feeling for a few years, which is odd because I feel like I’ve been doing better in life and I’m happy where I am for now. I’ve been focusing on work and my health lately and it has made a big difference. Maybe I should try being more social and go out more, put myself out there
